The Beginning: Hualapai Way

Pho Beyond first opened its doors at 4520 S. Hualapai Way in the 89147 area of Las Vegas. From day one, the response was extraordinary. Word spread quickly — through social media, through personal recommendations, through the simple power of people experiencing truly delicious food — and our dining room began filling up faster than we had anticipated.

The Decision to Expand

Growth brings its own pressures. As demand for Pho Beyond’s food continued to exceed capacity at our original location, we faced a pivotal choice: remain small and exclusive, or expand to serve more of the community we had come to love. The answer was clear. The people of Las Vegas deserved access to great pho, wherever they lived in the city.

Opening Decatur Boulevard

Our second location at 3650 S. Decatur Blvd (Units 06-07) opened to meet the needs of Las Vegas residents in the 89103 area. The new location maintained every element that made the original special: the same slow-simmered broth, the same quality ingredients, the same welcoming atmosphere, and the same team of passionate staff.

Looking Forward

The expansion to two locations is not the end of the Pho Beyond story — it is another chapter in a continuing journey.
